As Maya approaches her 8 month birthday, she continues to change. (and, let's be honest, get even more cute!) She now has 3 teeth (with a 4th starting to come through) and she loves her toothbrush. (Our Dentist would be so proud of her) Today she started to sit up on her own. (meaning, she went from her belly crawling to sitting on her bum)The past week she got to celebrate her mommy's birthday and go trick-or-treating for the first time (that blog post to come once I upload the pictures) She seemed to have fun.
Another funny thing she has started is waving and saying 'buh-buh' when you leave. She also waves at herself whenever we pass a mirror.
Everything is still going great with feedings. She has so far had: peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, rice cereal and oatmeal. (and some chocolate chip cookies...shhhh...don't tell Liz)
